The Reiki Level 1 Course is designed for beginners who are interested in learning about the powerful healing practice of Reiki. In this course, you'll be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, and you'll learn how to harness the energy of Reiki to promote healing and wellbeing. You'll also learn how to perform basic Reiki techniques on yourself and others, as well as how to use Reiki for stress relief and relaxation. You will know about hand positions for a self treatment and also for others.
